In this section, you will find all information related to order shipping, delivery times, as well as the conditions for exchanging or returning items purchased in our online store.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for orders over €30 within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For other areas, costs vary depending on the delivery zone.

  • Iberian Peninsula: €4.5 (GLS), free shipping for purchases over €30.

  • Balearic Islands (Majorca, Ibiza, and Menorca): €4.5 (GLS), free shipping for purchases over €30.

  • Portugal: €4.5 (GLS), free shipping for purchases over €30.

Cash on delivery (only for the Iberian Peninsula) incurs an additional 3% charge on the final price, with a minimum of €3.63.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and delivery.

 

SHIPPING

Orders placed in the Ciclón online store will be sent to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.

Currently, only orders with a delivery address within the Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal) and the Balearic Islands will be accepted.

The order will be delivered to the specified address within the established timeframe. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the transport company may leave a notice with the necessary information to collect the order or arrange a new delivery.

If the order is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the transport company, it may be returned to the sender.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and product availability at the time of placing the order.

The delivery time will depend on the destination and time of order, ranging from 2 to 5 days within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Ciclón does not deliver products on Saturdays or Sundays, national, regional, and local holidays.

Delays may occur due to force majeure and unforeseen sales volumes. In any case, the maximum delivery period for products will be thirty calendar days from the order date.

Delivery times are approximate. Under no circumstances are they binding for the agency, which will deliver each shipment based on the distribution circumstances in each area.

If the customer is not at home, the agency will deposit it at a collection point and inform the user of the address and opening hours.

For orders placed from Friday at 1:00 PM, deliveries will be affected because orders will be shipped the following Monday or the first non-holiday day.

ATTENTION: During periods of higher sales activity or holiday seasons, delivery times may experience significant delays. In any case, they will not exceed 30 days.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to exchange a product, you must request a return of the item and place a new order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a product return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To make a return, you must request it from your order, and we will handle the process.

Returns are at the consumer's expense.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging.

Once the return is received and the item's condition is checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.



WARRANTY

All products are covered by the current legal warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects or materials.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear of the product, or improper handling.
