Jewelry care
To keep your jewelry in perfect condition for longer, it's important to follow some basic care and maintenance recommendations. Jewelry requires daily attention to preserve its shine, color, and quality.
AVOID CONTACT WITH CHEMICALS
Always avoid contact between your jewelry and chemical products that can damage its finish. Creams, perfumes, oils, detergents, or other products can cause the piece to lose its shine or darken over time.
REMOVE JEWELRY FOR CERTAIN ACTIVITIES
We recommend removing your jewelry before engaging in physical activities or before sleeping. The pH of excessive perspiration can deteriorate pieces with prolonged use.
It's also not advisable to wear jewelry in the shower, pool, or sea, as water, chlorine, or salt can affect the materials and finishes.
STORE JEWELRY CORRECTLY
For proper preservation, it is preferable to store each piece of jewelry individually. If you use a jewelry box, try to keep the pieces in separate compartments to avoid rubbing or tangling.
Chains and bracelets should be stored clasped and flat to prevent knots from forming.
AVOID HUMIDITY AND DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Jewelry should always be stored in dry places and away from humid areas such as the bathroom. It is also advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
JEWELRY WITH LEATHER
For pieces that combine leather and metal, it is recommended to get the leather wet as little as possible. If it does get wet, it is important to dry it completely to maintain its properties and prevent deterioration.
CLEANING JEWELRY
To clean your jewelry, you can use water and neutral soap. After washing, dry it carefully with a soft, clean cloth to avoid marks or damage to the piece.
PRESERVATION
To better protect your jewelry, we recommend storing it in the fabric bags or individual cases that come with each purchase. This prevents contact with other pieces and maintains their good condition for longer.
